I've been weeding through the comments of Miss Tuna's youtube video where she babbles about how she has sympathy for Hitler and that the Holocaust never happened blah blah blah.  I happened upon one particular fellow who was the first person to tickle my funny bone in regards to Tila in a long damn time.  Everyone, meet The Captain Slappy.
