Lexi's Halloween 2015 costume
This year's Katniss Everdeen costume is based off of Cinna's "Mockingjay" outfit in the "Mockingjay Part 1" movie:

Woody Harrelson plays "Haymitch" in "The Hunger Games" movies. He refers to Finnick as being "the Capitol darling, a total peacock.
