After that came Hamlet, Titanic (not really a big fan of that movie but I loved her in it), Quills, Iris, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Finding Neverland, to name a few.
I believe my favorite role she played is Juliete Hulme in "Heavenly Creatures". It was one of her first movies and it solidified her as a woman with "balls".
There are roles Kate has taken on that absolutely no one else would be perfect for. Each of her movies is like comparing the movie version of "The Wizard of Oz" with Shirley Temple instead of Judy Garland.
