Hindsight

There are times when you really have no idea how you have behaved in any given situation until you are knee-deep in hindsight.

There are things that are easily repressed and there are things that fight their way right to the back of your eyelids.

Sometimes, it is your conscience that takes those memories by the throat and pushes them to the front of the line because they are not going to let you forget that easily.

Other times, it is the sheer pain of the experience that refuses you to push those memories aside.

  1. This is why I have always tried to learn from others mistakes. Since I cannot take back any action done or word spoken, it is best that I ever only be honest in my endeavors. Not that that has always been advisable nor trouble free.

  2. @Jhon: I've been witnessing a lot of mistakes lately and I am doing my best to steer clear of them.
